General Terms and Conditions
Maison Artisanat
1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions carried out on the Maison Artisanat website. Any order placed on this site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this contract is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the distance selling of products offered by Maison Artisanat, via its online store accessible at the following address: www.maisonartisanat.com.
3. Definitions
Distance contract: any sales contract concluded between Maison Artisanat and a consumer via the internet, without a simultaneous physical presence.
Consumer: any natural person purchasing products for non-professional purposes.
Order form: electronic document summarizing the products selected by the consumer.
Order: purchase formalized by the consumer via the website.
4. Products
All products offered on the website are available while stocks last. Maison Artisanat reserves the right to withdraw a product without notice. The company cannot be held responsible for any product incompatibility with a particular use.
5. Placing an Order
To order, simply add the desired products to your cart and follow the order process. Customers can modify or cancel their order as long as it has not been confirmed. In the event of an error, we recommend contacting Maison Artisanat within 24 hours.
6. Prices
Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes. They may be changed at any time but are guaranteed at the time of ordering. The total amount due is indicated at the time of order confirmation.
7. Order Fulfillment
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 business days of confirmation. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly and may cancel or modify their order.
8. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering.
The customer must check the condition of the goods upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and depend on weight and destination.
Delivery times generally vary between 48 hours and 5 business days in Morocco.
Maison Artisanat cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier.
9. Payment Method
Payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery.
The customer agrees to pay the full amount due upon receipt of their order. No other form of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) is currently accepted.
10. Data Confidentiality
The information collected is necessary to process the order. It is confidential and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. The customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
11. Order Cancellation
Any order may be canceled before shipment. To cancel, please contact Maison Artisanat as soon as possible. Orders already shipped can only be canceled by refusal upon delivery.
12. Proof of Transactions
The order confirmation sent by email serves as proof of the transaction between the customer and Maison Artisanat, including for payments upon delivery.
13. Force Majeure
Maison Artisanat shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation interruptions, etc.).
